IH Archives???

I was reading the post on the WD-6 and Guy Fay said to get in touch with the IH Archives, what is the best way to do this?? I have our family owned 1937 F-20,ser.# 78723, would like to know what month it was built. A few years back I was in touch with Cindy Knight at the archives, but I think I heard she left that position,Thank you for any help on this!! Binder-Man " Keep On Restoring "
