This is not a fair comparison. You can not go by rated horsepower alone as it is the torque that actually does the work and the driveline setup that applies the power to the ground. I am partial to the red ones but in this case I would bet on the the JD. A closer comparison would be to put it against a Farmall H which would most likely walk away with the Deere.
