Farmall C Making Noise

I have a Farmall C which is making quite a bit of noise when you depress the clutch and put it in gear. Once in gear it sounds great but when you push the clutch down with it in gear it is very noisy. Then then when you try to press the clutch it does not want to disengage completely. Is it the pilot bushing, throw out bearing or something else. Thanks for your help.
