Here in the southeast,a 300U in condition you describe, probably 2000 - 2500 dollars. Add for loader - if it's an older pipe-type,add $300 - 400. If it's a 60's - mid 70's model add $1000 - 1600. Check the play in steering box. Excessive play can usually be adjusted out if no one has previously adjusted it before. You'd be surprised at these that no one ever bothers to adjust. Tough tractors,easy to work on.
