IH wide fronts

How many of the older Farmalls will the front end found on 06, 26, and 56 series tractors fit? Seems like I've seen that style on M's or Super M's, and I'm sure I've seen it on 400, 450, and 560. Will that front end fit the smaller ones like the H, 300, 350, or 460? Dose it take any modification to make those wide fronts fit the older tractors? Also, I think the 1456 might have a bigger front end than other 06 or 56 series tractors. Is this true, and if so, would it fit say a 706?
