Unknown eng post under help identify

Happy 4th, I posted a pic under help identify a long time ago titled "unknown eng" the casting code is 356708-R1 and a small metal dataplate screwed on that say 1220W.

This eng has a dipstick. Has the boss for the hyd pump. And small boss rear the hyd pump on the side of the block.

I pulled the head and freed the stuck pistion. pistion dia 3 inch. I am thinking this is a c-113 or c-123. Please help me figure this out so I can rebild it. I would also be interested in what application it was used for. thanks
