Fuel consumption

What is usual fuel consumption on a SM, SMTA etc when running full throttle pulling a load like a haybine etc, pto type implement? I have the 4 1/8 inch pistons in SMTA. Seems to be black at top of muffler but when I back off on the high speed jet it doesn't run as well.
