Pulley is not supposed to wobble. Parts are available at the Cub Dealer, Look in the yellow pages. You will need the model and serial number off the tractor to obtain the parts kit to rebuild the clutch, if needed. You might check to see if the set screws are tight. There are three sets of set screws holding the pulley on. Mine had two set screws per hole. If the set screws are not loose. You need to remove the front grill to get at the clutch/pulley. Kind of a pain to get to the clutch/pulley. I think about $35.00 to $40.00 for new clutch parts kit. There is not much that can go wrong with the pulley itself.
