If a spark plug is not properly torqued or has a bad gasket or a piece of dirt is stuck on the gasket, there can be blow-by from the cylinder that looks like an oil seepage from the spark plug hole. Pull the plug and see if there is a gummy build-up on the threads. That is an indication of some blow-by leakage. If it's there, clean the threads, make sure the gasket and gasket face in the cylinder head are clean and torque the plug to the proper value.
