I have a 1984 International 484 tractor and I need info on the fuel filter set up. The filter on the right side of the engine is a IH part# 3218794R1 and is a spin on. On the left side of the engine there is a canister with what appears to be a petcock valve in the bottom. It is painted red just like the tractor color so it seems it has never been changed. Is the left side filter a filter or what? Should there be two spin on filters? Any help appreciated.
