I don't think I made myself clear....I had the front timing cover off, to replace the front oil seal. After I installed the cover, I accidently pulled the governor / Magneto gear out. It runs off the cam gear, which runs off the crankshaft. It has to turn the same speed as the crankshaft. The problem is my IT manual doesn't explain how to time the gear....
