Hi Josh, for the 3pt problem, are there some hydraulic control valves on the casting in front of the seat? One should have <=FAST SLOW=> and the other <=ON OFF=> or maybe REMOTE stamped on it.
The ON/OFF or REMOTE valve controlls the routing of the hydraulic oil flow to a Remote cylinder or the 3pt hitch. Try turning this valve in the other direction and see if your 3pt hitch works. Good luck
