Needs a new gasket. Loosen the bell housing enough to get in there. You'll have to cut the gasket at the top to get it around the crank. Its not easy to pull one of those old flywheels, so I would avoid it if you could. You can also stick the right sized o-ring in there at the end of the cam. I just gave mine a good dose of silicone and it fixed the leak.
