MW 4-1/4 Pistons for 450

My dad and I are thinking about rebuilding a tractor for tractor pulling. We want to get the most HP of course, so we are looking at piston & sleeve options. I know about Denny's sets, and from all the experiences that I have heard regarding that company, I won't even consider their product. I have read that M&W made a 4.250" piston and sleeve kit for the 450 that required the sleeve pilot bore to be altered to accept the new sleeves & pistons. Does anyone have any idea of how monumental of a task it would be to find a set? Also what is the going rate for a set of these pistons & sleeves if a set is located? I appreciate the help.. I honestly doubt I will be able to locate a set of these pistons and sleeves, but figured this was the place to ask...
