The wheels are different between a 10-20 and W-30. The W-30 wheel has a dust shield on the inside hub that helps seal out more of the dirt and dust that fall off the wheel. The 10-20 wheel lacks this feature. The wheel from a 10-20 will fit on the axle, but this seal will not work. In a pinch, I think you can use the wheel, but it won't be right. The front wheels are much the same. They look like an exact match from the outside but they also have an extra sealing mechanism.
