H prices run anywhere from $50 to $1250.
To fix the mag will cost around $150. Although it isn't stuck you still don't know what you are buying. I would almost bet you will have another $300 in other fixes, just to get it running right. Most H's are parted out because they are wore out and we do need donors otherwise they wouldn't be worth fixing.. The thing I find with most of them is that most have a lot of gear howl. If in doubt offer #1 unprepared junk price or a little more, about $200. If you have good tires and rims, go $400. After that you are on your own.
