Farmall Cub stopped

My Cub was running good mowing after outting it back together after a 6 year hiatus, but then it started to miss and then finally stopped and refused to start again. I know I ran it about 3 gallons of water short. More leaked out than I guessed. I put new plugs in and still no start. I have to crank it and it turns over the same as before. Any suggestions?
