I believe you could with a older round baler.
I have a IH 241 they require 29 HP to roll.
SO you could roll some hay with a 340U now the question is should you.
Those beast of balers are heavy with a full bale on them. You may have to roll till full then drive to a flat spot to unload the roll.
As long as you are not doing a tremendus amount of hay you could get by with it.
