Followup on 240-U Hydraulics

Well, I went ahead and put 6-8 myore quarts of oil into the resevoir. Cycled both the Hydra Touch and Loader controls, and nothing happened, no movement whatso ever.

Where would I find this SAFETY VALVE screen that may be plugged? Does this envolve removing the seat and top of the transmisson case?

I'm at a total loss as to what to do next, and can use all the help I can get.
