I can't answer your question, as I have not used IH 2150. People have had good results with it. It is an acrylic type paint, so it is much better than the synthetic enamels that farm stores sell. The Omni acrylic enamel is probably better, but either will work. Personally I would not use either without hardener, but I have a supplied air system. Another advantage of hardener is that if you screw up you can make repairs the next day. Correctly repairing unhardened enamel is next to impossible.
