I have a shredder (brush hog) and a disc plow that came with my tractor ('44 "A".) They are both as faded as my tractor. Judging from the bright fire engine red of refurbished tractors, I would take a wild guess and say the blue would be something close to the pure blue you see on postal vehicles. Probably just called blue or medium blue in vehicle paints. my $.02 CSD
