A 1456 had 131 PTO and 118 at the drawbar. The 1466 was nearly the exact same in HP but had a little heavier transmission. A 1486 had about 10hp more at PTO and drawbar. A 22' field cultivator should be within a 1456's power range without turning it up - in most soils - maybe just a little light. It's not uncommon for a turbo'd tractor to be producing less power - we had a 1466 that was down around 100hp for a while before we played with the turbo and brought it up around 150hp.
