The older TA's freewheeled when pulled back, and the older disc brakes were sometimes notorious for grabbing and or locking up, so the best caution is leave the torque ahead, start off a grade slowly, not letting the load get to pushing you out of control, and not hauling a bigger load than cay be safely stopped.
