The Louisville Super M is no different from the others. As to speeds compared to your H or the M, 3rd gear in the SM is about equal to 4th in the H or M, 4th in the SM is about 1.5 mph faster than 4th in the H or M. Not a lot of difference in 1st and 2nd or reverse. Speed is affected by tire size, bigger tires mean more speed, but it would be hard to double it. Do you have an M&W 9 speed in it (don't know if they made one for the Supers)? That would give 2 speeds in 1 thru 4.
