Those two other ports are the same as the two ports that are used for the fast hitch. In other words you could use either the top or bottom ports to control your fast hitch. I think that "funny" lever is for locking the control lever on the valve to make it inoperable(can't move it by mistake) when the drawbar is at the right height for an implement (baler,combine,ect.). You can add one or two more valves in front of the one you are now using. HTH or is it clear as mud? Marvin
