Off the top of my head I see nothing that sets it apart as a high clearance tractor. If you are referring to the rear axle, they were all made that way. I don't have my reference book in front of me but the way I remember it there were a number of true high clearance F-20's made for sugar cane fields, primarily for shipment to Australia, though I believe a few were held back for the southern United States. This may have been true for F-30's as well, though the one in your picture simply appears to be the standard configuration.
