The seat frame is a piece of 2" (maybe 2.5") pipe sweep and has a U-shaped bracket that attaches to tranny lid. The sweep is formed to nearly a 90* shape. Most, if not all, had a tool box that was nothing more than another U-shaped piece of tin below the seat pan. The bracket has a bolt and spring sticking up vertically. This seat frame was only used for about a year and may be hard to find. A competant metal worker could reproduce it. Perhaps OEM Tractor Parts would consider making it.
