Backhoe for IH 584

I recently bought an International 584. Does anyone know the maximum size and weight of backhoe attachment this tractor can operate. It has approx. 12-15 gallons per minute of hydrolic flow and a maximum static tung weight of 2000 pounds. I recently looked at a backhoe with a reach of 16to18 feet and a weight of 3800 pounds. Is this too heavy for a 5700 pound tractor?
