Third: I just completed a boom sprayer project for my H. I have about $250.00 invested. I used an 8 roller Hypro pto pump, a 55 gal plastic barrel and 80 degree nozzles. I also added a hand operated spray gun w/25ft hose. Everything works well. In Pa you do not need an applicators Lic. to use 2-4-D that I am aware of. If I am not mistaken you may use restricted herbicides as long as someone with a applicators Lic. is supervising and within a certain time/distance from your location. Maybe some one could expand on this and correct me if I am wrong. Rollie
