Hi all
Im British and now live in France
When i left Britain in 2003 gas was about £3.80 a gallon!
The dollar v pound exchange rate is 1 dollar to .56 pound
that would make gas in Britain £1.08 a gallon
Conversely it would make British gas the equivalent to $6.79 a gallon!!!

In France it is about £3.20 a gallon
