Model C-72 Leveling and Grader Blade built 1953 to 1954 Model 2C-72 built 1954 to 1956 exactly the same as C-72 except model renamed when farmall 200 came out. Both models fit C, Super C and 200. Model No. 72 built 1957 to 1963. Has some design changes from earlier models. For example the connecting rods (for C, Super C and 200) from the touch control unit arms have springs on them instead of the original solid arms. The rockshaft on the front of the tractor where the lifting straps attach is also different. Parts to attach the blade to 230, 240 and 404 were also available including an adapter to belly mount the blade on a 404 with 3 point hitch. The 230, 240 and 404 need a hydraulic cylinder. The frame and blade parts are the same for all models, just the lifting and mounting parts changed.
