Kay Brunner Wheel Weights

This may be a little OT but I came by a couple of wheel weights that are marked "Kay Brunner Steel Products Inc." on one side and "P2148" on the other. They're about 24" in diameter with a 6.5" round hole for the axle and they weigh 150 lbs each. The bolt holes are at 16" diameter points. Does anyone know what these weights go to? I'm looking for rear wheel weights to use on my 1947 H. The H looks like it has bolt holes at about a 17" diameter for proper IH weights. Does anyone know an easy trick for improvising so I can use these weights on my H or would that be a bad idea?
