Dick, I have a 48 H that has had a live pump added. The guy that gave me the tractor told me that he got it from the local IH dealer for $140. This was probably back in the 50's or 60's. The pump mounts between the mag and the front of the motor and is driven off the cam shaft gear. I've been trying to figure out a problem with mine as it has been over heating. Several guys on this forum have thought the pump is under load all the time. It apparently worked fine at one time though. Anyway, try your local IH dealer and see if they can get a pump. I know many of the H's that this conversion done.
