4 simple Questions: 1) Is this a Pos. or Neg. ground tractor? 2) Is the stock tractor 6v or 12v? (im guessing 6v) 3) This tractor is wired Pos. ground,12v and I am wondering why, when the key is on, doesnt the starter spin if I have 12v on the starter terminal. I've tried using a jumper from the battery to the starter, in case the push-button was bad, and still nothing. I know for a fact that the case of the starter is grounded. 4) What the heck is the round gizzmo that is on the right side of the engine block about the same hieght as the crankshaft. Its about 1 1/2 inches round. It has 2 wires going to it. One from the oil filter canister mounting bolt and the other back to the Ammeter/light switch box near the driver. I'm baffled on this one. ANY HELPFUL COMMENTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED, thanks......Monique
