riverbend: Did you ever try putting in new bolts? Be rather careful, as those tractors will shear the key in the wheel. My dad's 300 did that the week was new. Dealer had changed the wheels from dish in to dish out and I expect someone forgot to tighten the clamps as tight as they should be. You can put quite hefty torque on those as they are fine thread. I have used 3/4 drive with about 4' pipe on the handle. Could it be that someone has changed those bolts? I expect they were a grade eight bolt when new.
