I would think the only way to change over to that type of arrangement, is to eliminate the standard hub and try to adapt new hubs to your existing spindles. Whatever hub you decide on will have to work with your existing spindle bearings. Wondering why you would want to go through all of that? If your hub and clamps are working properly you shouldnt have any problems.
