Hi all I've been offered a farmall 240 by the local 4H club. They were going to restore it, but they just dont have the time and they want to get rid of it. I'd love to have it, but i can only afford so much. OK. This is what it has: narrow front, frame weights, front and rear weights, fast hitch and 3 point converters, 2 remotes, clean oil, what appears to be a 6 volt system. Rusty tractor, but has been kept in a big old chicken house for the past 3 years. It was driven in, and does not appear to be stuck. It has a lot of goodies (like the frame weights), but needs a lot of exterior work, not to mention whats hiding under the hood and transmission. What do you think its worth? Thanks!
