I did mine a piece at a time. I blocked it up and took off one frame rail ,then the front steering bolster 2 guys can barely handle it.Then the other frame side.Not really a hard job. If you are careful you can roll the front end away and sit it somewhere upright. A cherry picker/motor hoist would help alot with the front end.
