Dave, I have that same plow. It happens to have type BA bottoms which are the old fashion general purpose chilled shares before the days of throw aways. My recent experience was that I was looking into getting new shares, shins and landsides. None of those parts are still available from the dealer. My local dealer did however tell me that he had some sources of people that sell NOS IH parts from old dealer stock. Within a day he had located some and got back to me with a price. That Case IH dealer is Empire tractor (formerly J.C. Lucas) in Cazenovia, NY phone 315-655-8146. It sure sounds like you have the plow chief bottoms with the spearhead point. There are 3 different part numbers for that point: 515640R51 519258R11 (hard surface) 526772R11 (not polished) they all fit any size plow chief bottom. The 526772R11 was still listed in the 1997 case parts price list for $42. If you would post the part numbers of the moldboard and frog Hugh or I could positively get you a part number for that point from our parts catalogs.

Elliott said while this
