CNKS This is the 2nd time I've noticed you refer to early 404 not having live pto. I really don't know anything about these. One of them caught my eye the other day on a photo add. Do you have any info like serial numbers on live PTO tractors. What caught my eye on these, they look like at beefed up 240 with a C-135 rather than C-123 engine. The one I saw on the photo add had an after market 3 point. I remember when these were new, IH touted them as all having draft controled factory 3 point. Can you enlighten me. I may have to buy this tractor as I need something different. If I could find one with live PTO so much better.
