560 IH transmission problems

I have a 560 IH puller that keeps melting down the bearing on the front end of the pinion shaft...It has done this twice now...the last time I put a new bearing in and replaced all the gears that got wrecked when the old bearing went out...one pass down the track, and it did the same thing again!! Has anyone else ever had this problem with a 560? What am I overlooking? Everything else in the tranny looks just fine. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
