IH 3444 Hydraulic cylinder teardown ??

Have a IH 3444 with the front loader bucket cylinders ALL leaking, I tried snugging up cyl. heads but they just spin and spin and spin...loosen or tighten.Now there is a groove on the bottom side of the cyl. approx. 1\2 inch long with what looks like an expansion ring on the head of the cyl.and the head of the cyl's are shaped with nut cast into head . I want to and need to repack these cyl's but I dont want to destroy them in the process. can anyone help, I got more diapers on this thing than my 6 mo old!! I'd appreciate any help. Thanks
