It is a wheel disk. It'll pull it fine in 1st and 2nd gear.I have 3 sets of wheel weights on it and new tires and strong engine,I do have trouble turning without lifting the disk. I bought the tractor 10 or more years ago and it did'nt have a pump at all. I bought a pump at a salvage yard and am about to install it.I still have to get a new seal for the pump shaft. I don't suppose theres a relief valve that can be upgraded.
