240 Utility hydraulic problems

Just picked up a nice clean 240u at auction this weekend. the hydaulics seem to be stuck causing the motor to labor. The system is a little dif. than the Super C systems I'm use to. The controls seemed to only want to push the 2pt down and not even out,I switch lines on the hyd. ram so now it only pushes up,and then starts to labor the motor.I disconnected the pump at the motor and she runs smooth as silk.Anybody have a scematic of the unit under the gas tank? or had this problem.
