if the engine is stuck than just oil in each of the cyclinders and leave for about a day. Than put the tractor in gear and rock it back and forth. if that does not work than just try tapping the pistons with a hammer than try rocking it back and forth. As for the value, yesterday i bought a 48 farmall m for 700 and it does not run but did about a year ago. It has a loader and has good sheet metal. So about $500
