Larry - If you're talking about the gas-start TD-14 diesel it's a very large, heavy engine. Was never used in any IHC wheel tractors. Only equipment I've seen them besides in the TD-14 crawler is a few power units and in some 50's era Austin-Western graders. Incidentally if that 142 cents a pound price is correct, run for your life!! A TD-14 engine when it was new didn't cost that much….
