The mower shown in your pictures is a No.16A or B because the drive shaft shield is mounted on it's side. The No.12 mower had an enclosed gear drive to the pitman as did the original No.25 semi-mounted mowers. They also had a slip clutch incorporated in the splined universal joint that attached to the tractor PTO shaft. As Ralph has suggested if you can obtain the HM drawbar you could probably fit this mower to your F12-14. I had an F-12 with a No.12QA mower complete with the instruction manuals but sold it a couple of years ago so can't help you with photos. Sid.
