Thanks to Van in AR and Lee for comments. It appears that the task will not be a "walk in the park", but is manageable. As long as the vice-grips can turn that horizontal shaft at the bottom of the panel, I'll wait until the weather gets warmer before tackling that shaft connection. Again, Thanks.
