Chuck, It would also be a good idea to replace the copper washer seal between the hold down bolt and cannister, since you have probably flattened it out by tightening trying to stop the leak from the rubber O'ring seal. Once you replace both O'ring seal and copper washer seal, tighten only slightly beyond stopping it from leaking
