ih utility tractors

would a tractor of this size 300-444u make a good
chore tractor if equipped with a loader, good for
moving dirt, gravel, loam ,etc,?
do they have enough power? weight?
any drawbacks? what to look for?
anyone had any experience with a 3pt.backhoe on
one of these tractors?
